I am on h4 visa and i want to know that if i work from home online is it legal?secondly,where will the money be transferred that i earn?Do i have to open a bank account?If yes which bank?
Online earnings are allowed on H4 visa. When we make money online,there are three payment methods,which we have discussed above
You can have Bank account in any Bank, US/India any where. Your Paypal account can be connected to Indian bank account. For check/cheque deposits, its better to have account in US, else you need to send Check/Cheque to India. AlertPay also issues checks once your balance reached $100 there,so same goes with it.
Regular jobs/part time jobs, like Virtual Assistant are not allowed for H4 as they require Work Permit.
