H4 Visa and online Earnings, is it possible? Earning of H4 visa is illegal
Shailja I know earnings on H4 visa is illegal, but I inquired at USCIS and they don't have any definite rules for online earnings, They say what ever there rule book says, can be interpreted as online earnings are illegal.

H4 visa holders are not as lucky as L2 visa holders, you can study in US but you cannot work. But there is option of Online earnings

Answer to query: Yes you can pursue the course but to get the job you will need H1 or L1 visa.
